Environmental Sustainability

Vinasamex has collaborated with farmers and local governments in raw material areas to develop a healthy and sustainable shared ecosystem.

We do this by constantly raising public awareness about laws regulations governing protected areas and providing them with hands-on experience and a deeper understanding.

Furthermore, we educate locals on the value of local forests, biodiversity, and clean water as a source of life for their own families.

At least 709 household representatives are well-versed in laws, threats, and best practices for safeguarding natural forests, protected forests, ecosystems, and vegetation restoration.

We were constructing two regulatory tables for the protection of natural resources and biodiversity, as well as regulations for waste management. Planning to add at least ten medicinal plants to the list of those needing protection in our country.

Our farmers are familiar with invasive and threatening species and have removed invasive trees on at least 912 hectares of our community lands.

At least 820 trained household representatives to practice compliant waste management in their homes and surrounding areas.
